Emma Hunt started her legal career in 1994 specialising in residential property and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007.
Emma is committed to providing an excellent service and to maintaining the highest level of client care, knowing that it is important to keep clients updated every step of the way in order to keep the process as stress-free as possible. Emma's clients find her professional but personable and being a naturally organised person enables Emma to confidently meet the demands that arise from working in a residential property environment.
Emma deals with all aspects of residential property, which includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases, auction sales and purchases, mortgages & remortgages and transfers of equity (including gifts, matrimonial transfers and lifetime planning property transactions).
Emma joined Barr Ellison in 2017 having previously worked in a Cambridge-based law firm for over 12 years.
